Adding Your First Product (Seller Guide)
The product form is the heart of your seller workflow. Here is each field explained.
Required Fields
- Category — the broad section (Social Media, Email, Gaming, etc).
- Service — the specific service within the category (Instagram, Gmail, PUBG Mobile, etc). The dropdown filters automatically based on the Category you pick.
- Product Name — short, descriptive. Example: "Aged Instagram Account — 1k+ followers".
- Short Description — one line shown on cards. Sells the product in 1 sentence.
- Full Description — the long version: features, login info, country, restrictions.
- Product Image — visual preview (JPG/PNG/WebP, up to 2 MB).
- Price — what the buyer pays per unit.
- Delivery Type — Auto (instant from your stock) or Manual (you deliver via chat).
- Dispute Hours — how long buyers have to report problems. Typical: 12 for auto, 24 for manual.
Auto vs Manual — Which to Pick?
Auto = you upload account credentials in advance. The system delivers one credential per sale. Best for high-volume, identical items.
Manual = you deliver personally through the order chat after the buyer pays. Best for custom services, premium items, or low-volume listings.
After Submitting
- Status goes to Pending Approval.
- Admin reviews title, image, price and description.
- Once approved, the product is live on the marketplace.
- You can edit at any time, but big changes require re-approval.
