Seller Rules

Welcome, seller. These rules govern how you operate your store on Hstockhub. Violation may result in store suspension, product removal, balance hold, or permanent ban.

1. Application & Approval

• To become a seller, submit the "Become Seller" application with your store name, description, logo, rules of purchasing, and Telegram contact.
• Admin reviews applications within 1–3 business days. Approval is at our sole discretion.
• If rejected, you may re-apply after addressing the reason given (with admin's consent).
• Once approved, you can list products immediately (each product still requires admin approval).

2. Store Profile Requirements

• Store name: Must be unique, professional, and not impersonate any brand or other seller.
• Description: Clear description of what you sell, response time, and quality promise.
• Logo: Optional but recommended (square image, 200x200 or larger).
• Rules of Purchasing: Mandatory. Must clearly state replacement window, what is/isn't covered, and contact procedure.
• Telegram: A working Telegram username/link (visible only to admin) for urgent issues.

3. Product Listings

• All products require admin approval before going live. Allow 1–2 days for review.
• Listings must be 100% accurate: correct title, real description, current price, accurate stock count.
• Each stock item (.txt content) must be valid, unique, and ready to deliver. Do not reuse delivered items.
• Misleading listings, fake stock, or duplicate entries will be removed and may result in penalties.
• Adult, illegal, stolen, hacked-credential listings are strictly forbidden.

4. Quality Standards

• Every account/service sold must meet the description and function as listed.
• Stock must be tested before being added. Selling untested or known-bad items is grounds for suspension.
• If you discover an issue with a batch of stock, immediately pause the listing and contact admin.

5. Replacement Policy (Mandatory)

• You must honor a replacement policy stated in your "Rules of Purchasing." A minimum 24-hour replacement window is required by Hstockhub.
• Respond to replacement requests within 24 hours.
• Replacements must be of equal value and equally functional.
• Refusing valid replacement requests will result in admin intervention, refund from your seller balance, and possible store suspension.

6. Pricing & Earnings

• You set your own prices in USD. We recommend keeping prices competitive.
• Hstockhub may charge a platform fee per sale (currently set by admin; announced separately).
• Sale earnings are credited to your seller balance after delivery confirmation.
• Balance withdrawal terms (minimum amount, methods, processing time) are stated on the seller payouts page.

7. Communication & Response Time

• Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours during normal operations.
• Respond to admin inquiries within 24 hours. Repeated unresponsiveness is grounds for suspension.
• Be professional and polite. Abusive or threatening behavior is grounds for immediate ban.
• Never attempt to take buyers off-platform for deals — both seller and buyer accounts may be terminated.

8. Prohibited Items

• Stolen accounts, hacked credentials, accounts obtained through fraud.
• Adult/pornographic content, escort services, illegal substances.
• Weapons, explosives, terror-related material.
• Malware, viruses, exploit kits, phishing kits.
• Items violating third-party platform terms in a way that exposes Hstockhub to legal risk.
• Anything illegal in your country, the buyer's country, or the platform's operating jurisdiction.

9. Disputes

• If a buyer files a dispute, admin will investigate and may request proof from both sides.
• Admin's decision is final. Refunds, if granted, are taken from your seller balance.
• Excessive disputes (above 5% of your monthly orders) will trigger a quality review.

10. Multiple Accounts & Impersonation

• One seller account per individual or business. Multi-accounts are banned.
• Do not impersonate another seller, brand, or Hstockhub itself.
• You may not buy from yourself or use friends/alts to inflate sales count or reviews.

11. Verified Badge

• Admin may grant a "Verified" badge to sellers with consistent quality, high volume, and clean dispute record.
• The badge can be revoked at any time for rule violations.

12. Suspension & Termination

Hstockhub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any seller account that violates these rules. In serious cases (fraud, illegal items, refusing replacements), the seller's outstanding balance may be held to cover refunds to affected buyers.

13. Tax & Legal Responsibility

You are responsible for declaring earnings according to the tax laws of your country. Hstockhub does not provide tax forms or legal advice.

14. Changes to Rules

These rules may be updated. We will notify active sellers of major changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
