Becoming a Verified Seller on Hstockhub

Anyone with a digital product to sell can apply as a seller. Approval is manual and usually completed within 24 hours.

What You Need Before Applying

  • A clear store name (your public brand).
  • A store description — what you sell, your specialty.
  • A logo image (square, at least 200×200, JPG/PNG/WebP).
  • Rules of purchasing for your buyers (refund policy, delivery time, dispute rules).
  • An admin-only Telegram username in case the admin needs to reach you.

The Application Flow

Open the avatar menuBecome Seller.

Fill the application form — store info, logo, rules, Telegram.

Submit. Status changes to Pending.

Wait for admin review. You will get a notification when approved.

Approved! A new "Seller Panel" item appears in your avatar menu.
Common rejection reasons: missing logo, vague store description, no rules of purchasing, fake / generic Telegram username.

After Approval

You can now add products, manage stock, fulfil orders and withdraw earnings. Your store gets its own public page that ranks in Top Stores based on sales and reviews.
