How to Buy a Product (Auto vs Manual Delivery)
Hstockhub has two delivery types. Knowing the difference saves you time.
Auto Delivery (Instant)
Most listed accounts and codes are auto-delivery. The seller has pre-loaded stock items and the system delivers one to you the moment you click Buy.

Open the product page and check the "X left" stock badge.

Click Buy. Funds are deducted instantly from your balance.

Open "My Orders" → click your new order → download the .txt file with the credentials.
Manual Delivery (24h)
Products marked "Manual 24h" are personally delivered by the seller through the in-platform order chat.

Click Buy. Funds are deducted and the seller is notified.

You are taken to Order Chat where you can message the seller directly.

Seller delivers within the dispute window (usually 24 hours).

Confirm receipt with the "Mark Delivered" button once you have the product.
Your money is safe: Until you confirm delivery (or the dispute window expires), funds stay in escrow. If the seller does not deliver, file a dispute and you will be refunded.
Refunds
- If the seller fails to deliver → admin refunds you to your balance.
- If you receive a dead/working but wrong item → open a dispute within the dispute hours.
