How to File a Dispute and Get a Refund

If a seller does not deliver or delivers a faulty product, you can open a dispute. An admin will investigate and refund you if your claim is valid.

When to File

  • Seller has not delivered within the dispute hours shown on the product page.
  • Delivered credentials are dead / wrong / already used.
  • Product is missing the features described.

How to File

Open Manual Orders from the avatar menu, or go to the order chat.

Click "Open Dispute" on the pending order.

Explain clearly what is wrong. Attach screenshots, error messages or test results in the chat.

Wait for admin review. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.

Possible Outcomes

  • Refund: the order amount is returned to your balance.
  • Replacement: the seller delivers a working replacement.
  • Rejected: admin finds no fault from the seller (e.g. you changed the password yourself).
Open one dispute per order. Spamming disputes can result in your account being limited.
