Using the Order Chat for Manual Deliveries

The order chat is a private, admin-monitored channel between you and the seller for each manual order.

What You Can Do as a Buyer

• Send messages, screenshots or links to the seller.
• Receive the delivered product through the Delivered Content box at the top.
• Click Mark Delivered when you have verified the product works.
• Click Open Dispute if something is wrong.

What You Can Do as a Seller

• Reply to the buyer in real time.
• Click Deliver Content and paste the credentials / file / code into the form. The buyer instantly sees it in the green delivered box.

Admin Powers

Admins can read every chat. If a buyer or seller starts to abuse the chat, the admin can:

• Hide individual messages.
• Lock the chat (no more messages).
• Override delivery on behalf of the seller.
• Refund the buyer.
